On July 10, I had an issue where my 2007 Infiniti G35 X acceleration pedal was very stiff and the car couldn’t start. I called Tripe A and they said to me that I could take it to A-Tech Automotive and I did. The next morning I called to report the issue to the company and they said they will take a look at it the next day. The next day I called they said in the report “Jump start vehicle and during process technician noticed the negative battery loose, tighten cable and charge up battery, perform electrical starting and charging system tests and all passed, road teat and no other problems found. That’s same day, I paid a fee of 168 to have the issue fixed. I collected my car and drove home. I was heading to Providence RI that same day due to an event I had to be present. The car broke down with the same issue that I reported in the first place. I had to called triple AAA 40 miles away from where I live to tow my car. I have been waiting for the past hour and a half. Triple AAA cant jump start my car on the highway now I will to find addition money to get my car towed. I’m very disgruntled because I thought the issue was fixed and I missed out of an important event that I had to be in attendance. I would really appreciate it, if you could take a look back at the car and see what the problem is or I could get back a refund. Thank you.
