Friendly service, reasonable prices, and quick repairs. They even called a week later to be sure everything was running smoothly on my car. If I need more auto repair in the future, I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

I have been taking my cars to A-Tech for over 10 years and they have always done an excellent job on my cars but OH MAN! they have a new person on Staff and Hawley is excellent. A true value added employee. When I picked up my car it was a nasty Saturday afternoon, due to the snow it took me 40 minutes to drive the 5 miles to get my car. I was driving a rental car that was TERRIBLE in the snow. So I told Hawley I was going to take my car back (Volvo xc90) because it was better in the snow and that I would come back later (when the rodes were clearer). She asked where I go the rental (Enterprise), then she picked up the phone and arranged to have the rental company come down and fetch the car, so I didn't have to worry...That was so way above the call of duty I couldn't believe it. I will continue to take my cars to A-Tech for their exceptional attention to detail and outstanding customer service.

We have brought several of the cars in our household to A-Tech Auto over the years and we have never experienced anything but excellent service. There is always ample communication about a diagnosis of a problem and next steps/options. This is always appreciated because there are never surprises. A-Tech Automotive is amazing! I brought my car here today after an exhausting nine months of power steering trouble with another mechanic. Everyone from Roberta (front desk) to Matt (technician) to everyone else in the shop was professional, courteous, kind, and understanding. They were able to help me to stay calm and were very nice when I was clearly frustrated with the previous work that was done. Roberta was able to get me hooked up with a free loner car for the day (yes, they have FREE loner cars), which was helpful as I had a couple of errands to run and needed to do some things at home as well. The technicians did a multi-point inspection and checked out everything going on with my car. When they discovered the problem with the hoses connected to my power-steering pump and they were understanding when I said that I needed some time to think about them fixing it today. Before they did any replacements or changes they called me to verify that this was okay. There was never any pressure to buy anything or have them personally fix my car. They wanted me to be happy and satisfied and I felt appreciated and care for. When I was leaving Roberta told me that she would be happy to see me back, but wanted me to take my time and to think about everything. I truly felt that she understood what I was going through. Also, I love that their waiting area has snacks, water, wi-fi, and cable television. This is the place that you want to hang out when your car is being worked on! They rival some of the dealership waiting areas! visited in New England so far I am impressed and overwhelmed with joy to have found them gem!
